As far back as 1995, the UNI committees defined quality as “Together of the properties and characteristics of a product which give it the ability to satisfy expressed or implicit needs”. Since then, therefore, we went beyond the plain dimensional control, but the doors were opened to an approach that will then be ratified with the UNI EN ISO 9000 certification. ARS meccanica fully accepts those principles, focusing on the customer’s needs, gratifying a leadership of people who actively participate, approaching the different processes in an attempt to improve them. And with the study of the results obtained, it proceeds to make measurable and contextualized assessments, in order to continue the constant improvement process.
